Count Group is building the marketing function that matches its ambition - and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own the campaigns that get us there.

This is a hands-on role with real scope. You’ll shape integrated campaigns across multiple brands, set the standard for how we sound, and take campaigns from a blank brief to measurable business results. If you like owning the whole arc - strategy, delivery, and the numbers that follow this is a great role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Build and run integrated campaigns across comms, digital, email, paid and events - multiple brands, one clear story
  • Own the messaging: campaign concepts, announcements and executive-facing comms that actually land
  • Work with stakeholders and marketing team to develop and edit the material that carries the strategy - campaign concepts, key messages, announcements and executive-facing communications
  • Set the editorial direction for Count Group’s social media and newsletter programs, and own their engagement performance
  • Direct delivery through the marketing team, specialists and agency partners - briefing the work and clearing the blockers
  • Monitor campaigns in flight and optimise them - messaging, audience, timing, channel weighting and follow-up
  • Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to optimise results, improve customer engagement and inform future marketing activity
  • Work closely with Events to deliver on-brand marketing presence at key industry conferences and events - positioning, activation plan, booth experience, branding and collateral
  • Define the campaign wrap-around for each event: pre-event promotion, on-the-day engagement and post-event follow-up
  • Own the measurement framework, report monthly, and turn the data into the next campaign decision
  • Interrogate campaign performance data and translate it into decisions on messaging, targeting and channel mix

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years in campaign management, marketing comms or marketing management, owning campaigns end to end
  • Sharp marketing writing and editing - you hold the standard for brand voice
  • Fluency in HubSpot (or equivalent) and confidence interrogating campaign reporting
  • A commercial, data-led instinct and the project management discipline to keep everything moving
  • The credibility to get things done across a matrixed organisation
  • Strong project manager - you hit deadlines, manage competing priorities and keep campaigns moving through other people

What success looks like

  • Integrated campaign strategy and calendar running - campaigns delivered on time and on brief
  • Brand voice and messaging are consistent across touchpoints, with a campaign brief and approval process adopted across the business
  • High-impact campaigns consistently delivered, achieving target audience engagement and measurable business outcomes
  • Newsletter cadence regular and measurably improving in engagement
  • HubSpot campaigns live and tracked - open rates, click rates and conversion reported monthly
  • Campaign performance dashboards shared with leadership each quarter
