THE ROLE:

• Lead, coach and inspire to drive performance and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Deliver sales, wage, profit and shrinkage targets across your region.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Maintain brand integrity and visual merchandising standards in collaboration with the VM team.
• Oversee rostering, wage control and ensure compliance with retail award legislation.
• Manage stock levels, stocktake compliance, and loss prevention across all stores.
• Identify and respond to business development opportunities across people, product, and location - in both concept stores and concession pads.
• Lead new store openings, including recruitment, setup, and team onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and shopping centre management.
