Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We are hiring for a Senior Experience Designer to join our event operations team to deliver the Australian Open 2027. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until March 2027.
As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December - February. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Design Strategy Manager, you will take priority AO27 experiences from early concept through to live delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will present evidence-based recommendations, balancing customer experience with commercial, technical and operational constraints. During the Australian Open, you will also conduct on-the-ground research to understand how live services perform and identify opportunities for future improvement.
