The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for its Australian wind business. The successful candidate will be a senior commercial leader with a strong background in the Australian renewable energy market, particularly in the wind sector. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the sales and business development strategy, identifying and converting utility-scale wind opportunities, and building and maintaining senior relationships with a range of market participants. The Head of Sales will also be expected to provide market intelligence, support major tender processes, and coordinate with global and regional teams to secure internal support for Australian opportunities.Applicants for the Head of Sales position should have significant commercial experience in the Australian renewable energy market, with a preference for those with a background in a major wind turbine OEM or a closely related wind-energy business. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in wind turbine sales, business development, and commercial leadership, as well as strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have an established industry network, the ability to operate effectively within an international organization, and a deep understanding of the Australian renewable energy landscape and competitive wind OEM market. Previous experience in a leadership role such as Country Manager, Sales Director, or Commercial Director is highly regarded.
