Job Description

As a Product & Proposition Development Senior Manager, you'll play a vital role in identifying, validating, designing, scaling and commercialising new offerings, managed services and technology-enabled solutions, working with internal stakeholders across Offering Owners, Industry Leaders, subject-matter experts and the broader Clients & Markets teams.

What you'll do:

\n

\n
• Partner with Offering Owners to translate specialist expertise into client-centred, repeatable and scalable offerings that leverage technology and scaled delivery models.
\n
• Define the client problem, target audience, addressable opportunity and PwC's right to win through client research, market testing, competitor analysis and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
\n
• Work with Offering Owners to define product roadmaps, onboarding, delivery models and customer experiences.
\n
• Use market feedback and rapid pilot testing to refine, scale, reposition or de-prioritise offerings.
\n
• Build evidence-based business cases that quantify growth potential, commercial models, investment requirements and measurable success criteria.
\n
• Prepare propositions for leadership approval and transition approved offerings to business teams, industry drivers and marketing for campaign development and activation.
\n
• Build a disciplined, repeatable proposition-development approach that improves speed to market and investment decisions.

What we're looking for:

Core Skills

\n

• Experience in product development, proposition development, commercial strategy, innovation, new ventures or service design.
\n
• Demonstrated experience taking new B2B products, services or propositions from concept through validation and commercial readiness.
\n
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, early-stage offerings.
\n
• A practical execution focus, with a willingness to move between strategic thinking and detailed delivery.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional work.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial, market and client information.
\n

Desirable Skills

\n

\n
• Experience in professional services, technology, managed services or another complex B2B environment.
\n
• Experience spanning more than one of product development, proposition development, commercial strategy, innovation, new ventures or service design.
\n
