2027 North Queensland District Relief Teacher - Expression of InterestAre you an experienced teacher looking for a diverse and rewarding opportunity in North Queensland?As a District Relief Teacher (DRT), you will bring highly developed behaviour management capabilities, flexibility and the capacity to support teaching and learning across multi-year-level classes. You will be attached to a Base School while providing relief, including covering unexpected staff absences, across schools within your nominated geographic area.This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of school communities and gain experience across different educational settings.Why become a District Relief Teacher in North Queensland?DRTs provide relief for staff who are absent from school, ranging from daily relief through to longer-term placements. DRT roles are for a maximum of 12 months, with full-time arrangements preferred.
