Coastal Grp is looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Casual Site Cleaner / HR Truck Driver to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative and can see what needs to be done without having to be constantly directed.
The role involves cleaning residential building sites, waste removal, loading and removing soil, moving materials, and operating an HR truck as required. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who is experienced in construction environments and comfortable working outdoors.
Current Construction White Card – essential
Previous construction/site cleaning experience – essential
Experience loading and handling soil – essential
Confident and experienced driving HR trucks
Takes pride in their work and the quality of the finished job
Shows initiative and is able to work independently
Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting, bending and carrying
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Strong understanding of workplace safety
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team
