As the Principal Consultant, you're the strategic leader and technical authority - driving complex transformations, shaping enterprise architectures, and guiding both client executives and internal engineering teams to deliver high-impact data and AI solutions.

• Leading high-stakes technical engagements, architecture reviews, and enterprise-grade data platform designs
• Partnering with executive stakeholders (CTOs, CDOs) to align business strategy with cutting-edge technology roadmaps
• Mentoring and upskilling senior engineers and consultants across complex project deliveries
• Designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud data architectures that handle massive scale
• Shaping technical proposals, leading discovery phases, and acting as the trusted advisor for major client accounts
