Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role located in the Greater Perth Area. The Lawyer will manage a mixed portfolio of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and settlement documents. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, advising clients on regulatory and compliance risks, and attending court appearances, mediations, and negotiations as required. The role involves close collaboration with partners and colleagues, direct client contact, and proactive file management to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes. The Lawyer will also contribute to business development by nurturing referral relationships and supporting the firm’s reputation in the legal and professional community.
