You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return.
Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. You will also confirm all rental verification is accurate and complete, inspect the rental vehicle and assist with the customer's luggage.

Afull and valid Australian driver’s licence
Availability to work arotating roster(including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
At least 1 year's experience incustomer service, retail or hospitality
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service.
Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
