We currently operate flourishing cafés in Balaclava and Hawthorn, a local football club canteen, and deliver catering and events throughout the year, which has included outlets at Australian Open and Australian Grand Prix.
We are seeking an experienced Cook or Chef to support the professional development of our trainees (people with disability) on the job. Working 1:1 with trainees, you will provide effective hands‑on direction and coaching to trainees to build their capabilities within the kitchen and broadly, in the workplace, with positive support and guidance.

This is a part‑time role based at our flagship cafe in Balaclava, with opportunity to work across other locations and events. Ability to work weekends, including Sundays will be highly regarded!
