The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience by coordinating induction, onboarding, training and compliance activities across the business. Working closely with operational leaders and the People & Culture team, you will help ensure employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources required to succeed, while maintaining training systems, supporting compliance requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workforce capability and engagement.

About you:

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and supporting workforce development. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating multiple priorities. You are confident using systems and technology, take ownership of your work, and are committed to delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient training and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver induction, onboarding, training and offboarding activities for employees, labour hire personnel and visitors.
• Ensure new starters have the equipment, resources and information required to successfully commence employment.
• Schedule, administer and support internal and external training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records, matrices and learning management systems.
• Monitor training compliance and communicate outstanding requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and compliance by ensuring training documentation is current and accurate.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, supervisors and the People & Culture team to support workforce capability and development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding, training and learning systems and processes.
• Promote a safe, positive and compliant workplace culture through adherence to company policies and procedures.
