\nAbout therole: \n
\n

TheCoordinator: Assets and Property plays a critical role incoordinating, overseeing and ensuring the effective development andimplementation of property management and maintenance strategiesacross AnglicareCQ's property portfolio.

\n
\n

Thisposition provides leadership and specialist advise across strategicproperty management, maintenance planning, compliance and contractmanagement, ensuring properties are safe, secure andwell-maintained and compliant with all legislative and regulatoryrequirements.

\nWhat will a typical day look like? \n
\n

\n
\n
• Ensure delivery ofproperty management services in line with the NationalRegulatory System for Community Housing, National BuildingStandards, and relevant legislation.
\n
\n
• Lead thedevelopment and implementation of the Property ManagementMaster Plan and annual maintenance plans, ensuring propertiesare safe, secure, and well maintained.
\n
\n
• Oversee bi‑annualproperty condition reports, site inspections, investigations,and testing activities as required.
\n
\n
• Provide oversightand advice on best‑practice emergency, planned, and responsivemaintenance.
\n
\n
• Negotiate andmanage head leasing and leasing arrangements, and liaise withlessors, property owners, and their representatives asrequired.
\n
\n

• Qualifications inbuilding/property management (or relateddiscipline).
\n
\n
• Minimum 2 years’experience leading a team in a similar field.
\n
\n
