Talent Locker is partnering with an established Wollongong organisation to recruit experienced Customer Service Team Leaders.
\n
This is an entirely office-based position leading a team of up to 10 customer service professionals within a busy, high-volume contact centre environment.
\n
You will provide clear, consistent leadership while coaching your team, managing performance and maintaining high standards of customer service. We are looking for someone approachable and supportive, but also confident setting expectations and addressing difficult issues when required.
