Personal Care Worker- Community Based
We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker to support Home Care clients across Melbourne’s North, West and East, including Melton, Sunbury, Doreen, Craigieburn, Greensborough, Mill Park, Pascoe Vale, Moonee Ponds, Laverton, Point Cook, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Yarraville, Newport, Sunshine, Ringwood, Croydon, Wantirna, Boronia, Ferntree Gully, Rowville, Glen Waverley and surrounding areas.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalised, in-home care and support to help clients maintain their independence and wellbeing, while building genuine connections and making a positive difference every day. Hours are generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
As you’ll be supporting multiple clients across different locations throughout your shift, you’ll need access to a reliable vehicle and be comfortable travelling across the region. Availability from Monday to Friday is highly desirable.
