Assembly Operators - Monday to Friday Morning Shift | Northern Suburbs, Melbourne (Campbellfield/Epping)


Our client a well-established and respected Global manufacturing & Assembly company based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs is currently seeking experienced Assembly Operators to join their growing team.


These are ongoing opportunities offering consistent Monday to Friday morning shifts with full-time hours for the right candidates.


About the Role


Working as part of a busy production team, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Mechanical and product assembly

  • Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently

  • Reading and following assembly instructions and work orders

  • Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Assisting with general production and manufacturing duties as required


To Be Successful You Will Have:



  • Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment

  • Proven experience using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A reliable work ethic with excellent attendance

  • Full Australian work rights

  • The ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol test
