As a Senior Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist or Clinical Nurse, you'll deliver expert care, lead positive change and help shape better outcomes across acute and community settings.

What your day could look like

In the Acute Response Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, young people and families through some of their most important moments. From delivering expert mental health care to influencing service improvements, you'll work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team to create safer, healthier futures for the community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering high-quality assessment, intervention and case management that supports recovery-focused outcomes for children and young people.
• Partnering with families, carers, health professionals and community services to coordinate care and strengthen support networks.
• Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical practice, safety and service effectiveness.
• Mentoring colleagues and contributing to a culture of learning, innovation and continuous improvement.

• Relevant professional qualification and current registration, certification or membership for your discipline.
• Strong experience delivering evidence-based mental health care, assessment and case management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to quality improvement, clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in child and youth mental health, acute response services, rural or regional healthcare and/or postgraduate mental health qualifications.
