The Role

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar and battery solutions and booking free energy consultations with our expert sales team.

This is not a hard-selling role. It’s about having genuine conversations, building confidence, learning the sales process and being rewarded for your results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with homeowners about energy independence
• Booking free solar and battery consultations
• Learning the foundations of sales
• Working with a supportive, high-energy team
• Building a long-term career pathway in sales

What We’re Looking For

• A background in hospitality, retail, events, tourism, customer service or a similar people-focused role
• Confident communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Motivation to learn, grow and earn
• Full Monday to Friday availability (Please note: due to the hours, this role is not suitable for current students)
• Full working rights in Australia - Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
