Location: Robina Town Centre, Gold Coast QLD Pay: Starting from $28.00 per hour

Store Operating Hours:

\n

\n
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
\n
• Thursday: 9:00am – 9:00pm
\n
• Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
\n

\n

Opening shifts include an additional 15 minutes for operational tasks. Closing shifts include an additional 30 minutes.

About the Role \n

This role is for someone with a flexible schedule to be available any time during operating hours. This could be based on people out sick, vacation and/or support needed due to store being busy. As a Casual Sales Associate at See’s Candies, your main focus is both supporting our sales floor and online order fulfilment — picking, packing, and preparing shipments to ensure every customer receives their chocolates in perfect condition. You will support in-store operations when needed, including during team member vacations, sick leave, or other absences.

Key Responsibilities In-Store Customer Experience \n

\n
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
\n
• Offer product recommendations and allergen information
\n
• Assist with gift selections and custom chocolate boxes
\n
• Deliver a premium See’s customer experience on the shop floor
\n

Online Order Fulfilment \n

\n
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for online shipments
\n
• Prepare parcels for dispatch, ensuring product integrity and presentation standards
\n
• Process orders based on FIFO
\n
• Maintain organized packing stations and manage shipping supplies
\n
• Support order tracking and resolve basic shipping queries
\n
• Meet daily dispatch deadlines and volume targets
\n

Sales & Operations \n

\n
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions
\n
• Maintain clean, organized displays and restock product
\n
• Support sales goals and store targets
\n
• Assist with seasonal merchandising and promotions
\n

Store Presentation \n

\n
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual presentation
\n
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness
\n
• Support seasonal set-ups and promotional changes
\n
