The role involves;

Supporting the Partners in providing clients with high quality advice and technical support. Overseeing and working closely with the accounting business advisory team, assisting with managing workflow whilst providing leadership in service delivery, innovation and planning.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Work with fantastic clients
• Use your expertise to manage workflow and review work
• Manage your own portfolio of clients, as well as interacting with the team
• Coordinate and take point on client meetings, ensuring the client’s needs always come first
• Provide personalised, strategic advice and innovative solutions to support the client’s needs
• Assist with developing team capability through succession planning, training and career development

Ideally you will have;

A love of what you do and the desire to add value to your own career, clients, staff and the business!

• 2+ years’ experience as a high level senior / supervisor or Business Services Manager in a public practice accounting firm
• The ability to interact and lead a team while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent Technical accounting skills
• Experience with Xero, MYOB and Reckon
