We're looking for motivated Civil Engineering students and Graduate Engineers who are eager to kick-start their careers with one of Queensland's leading civil construction companies. You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience within our Project Delivery teams and/or Estimating team, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Estimators. You’ll gain practical exposure to major residential, commercial and infrastructure projects while developing the technical and professional skills needed for a successful career in civil construction.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Assisting Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Estimators with the delivery and planning of civil construction projects
• Supporting project planning, programming and coordination activities
• Conducting site inspections and monitoring project progress
• Assisting with tender preparation, quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Supporting procurement, project cost tracking and reporting
• Assisting with quality assurance documentation and project reporting
• Building strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Contributing to a safe and productive work environment

About You

• Currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year), or a recent Civil Engineering graduate
• Undergraduate students are available to work 2–3 days per week around their university schedule
• Graduate Engineers are available to work full-time
• A confident communicator with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain before commencing)
