As a Customer Contact Officer youll make a real difference in the lives of people with disability by Responding to inbound calls and email inquiries regarding support and services associated with our clients public service Navigating operating procedures and knowledge articles to provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding our clients public service
Summarising customers interactions in writing in our operating systems Youll also have access to flexible benefits designed to support your wellbeing and growth including work from home or the potential to work from our Dandenong contact centre VIC
