Where you'll be working

SESLHD is one of the largest local health districts in Sydney, covering a geographical area of 468 square kilometres from Sydney’s central business district, the beaches from Bondi to Cronulla and down to the Royal National Park. We deliver health care to around 930,000 residents across the local government areas of Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick, Bayside, Georges River and the Sutherland Shire. We also provide a key role in helping residents of Lord Howe Island. Our staff also deliver high quality health care across a variety of community-based services ranging from pre-birth to palliative care.

The Role

Provide a high quality executive and administrative service to support the efficient and effective operation of Finance & Corporate Services to achieve business and service objectives.

The Travel & Training Support Officer is specifically responsible for the following services provided by SESLHD Procurement Unit, located at SESLHD Finance & Corporate Services at Sutherland Hospital, Caringbah; - Monitoring and allocating costs for consolidated supplier accounts; Barcoding; Oracle iProcurement; Assisting in the setup of Oracle Deliver-to locations and Sub-inventories; Assisting in the setup of Staff and their dollar value delegations within Oracle; Provision of training to Oracle users as required.
