As the dedicated insurance arm of the Infinity Group, Infinite Insurance exists to ensure our clients’ financial strategies are properly protected - with clear advice, transparent options, and service that feels genuinely human. This role is a founding opportunity that will play a critical part in that mission: ensuring Infinity clients receive accurate, compliant, and seamless insurance support at every stage of their journey.
Reporting into the Chief Insurance Officer, the Insurance Administration Officer supports the brokerage by ensuring accurate policy processing, strong compliance, and smooth coordination across insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
You’ll work closely with our Insurance Brokers and Claims Coordinator to support ~4,500 (and counting) existing Infinity Group clients, helping deliver a high-quality, end-to-end client experience.
As part of the foundation team, you’ll also contribute to building the administrative systems, processes, and standards that will support Infinite Insurance as it scales nationally.
