About the team

The People Experience team at Pitcher Partners is a multifaceted group dedicated to attracting and retaining talent while ensuring every employee's journey is engaging, aspirational, and rich with learning opportunities. Structured across five specialisations; Business Partnering, Reward and People Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience & Engagement, the team delivers strategic initiatives, leadership development, wellbeing programs, and seamless onboarding to empower people and the firm to thrive.

About the role

The People Services Coordinator provides responsive and accurate support to employees, Managers and Partners across the employee lifecycle. The role resolves People Services enquiries, administers employee lifecycle transactions in Prosper (Workday HCM), prepares employment documentation, and contributes to the accurate, consistent and efficient delivery of People Services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to employees, Managers and Partners across a broad range of employee lifecycle and WorkDay-related enquiries.
• Complete accurate and timely transactions in Prosper (Workday HCM), including hire and onboarding, people movements and employment changes, absence, employee data changes, terminations and offboarding.
• Prepare employment documentation, such as employment contracts, variation letters, parental leave letters, etc.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness and integrity of employee information and documentation, handling confidential and sensitive information in accordance with the firm's privacy and information security requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the Team Leader - People Services, broader People Experience team, Payroll and other relevant teams to deliver employee lifecycle processes and resolve queries.

• Experienced HRIS administrator with a background in HR or a related discipline, with a working knowledge of Workday highly desirable.
• A client-service mindset and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
• Strong systems aptitude, attention to detail and commitment to accurate data and documentation.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, able to learn new processes quickly.
