Sales Manager

Bolton Clarke Groupone of Australias largest independent not-for-profit providers of home care retirement living and residential aged care operating nationally and Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD NSW VIC SA & WA with the inclusion of the Allity McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the national sales admissions and occupancy function for our Residential Aged Care portfolio. Reporting to the National Director of Operations this role is responsible for developing and executing national occupancy and admissions strategies leading state-based teams optimising accommodation revenue and driving a customer-centred admissions experience across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales and occupancy strategy aligned to business objectives
• Drive occupancy admissions accommodation revenue and HELF performance across the portfolio
• Lead coach and develop State Occupancy Managers and admissions teams nationally
• Monitor pipeline conversion vacancy and occupancy performance identifying opportunities for improvement
• Partner with operational leaders to deliver sustainable occupancy and commercial outcomes
• Build strategic referral relationships with hospitals health professionals and community partners
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams on lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• Lead continuous improvement across the customer admissions journey
• Strengthen reporting forecasting and performance management frameworks
• Oversee CRM admissions systems and data governance to support business performance and customer outcomes
• Influence senior stakeholders across operations finance customer experience and support functions

About you

You are an accomplished sales and commercial leader with experience leading large-scale multi-site service operations. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and have a proven ability to deliver growth through high-performing teams strong stakeholder engagement and customer-focused sales strategies.

You will bring:

• Significant experience leading sales occupancy admissions business development or commercial functions within a multi-site environment
• Demonstrated success achieving occupancy revenue growth or customer acquisition targets
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving performance through coaching and influence
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems to drive performance and customer outcomes
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Commerce Marketing Health Management or a related discipline
• Experience within aged care health retirement living healthcare hospitality or a similarly customer-focused sector will be highly regarded
