Hudson has partnered with PromoWorks to create this year’s Christmas magic, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and fun-loving people to join the team for the 2026 festive season at Park Beach Plaza Shopping Centre.

If you love working with people, creating memorable experiences and getting into the Christmas spirit, this could be the perfect seasonal role.

We’re hiring:

• Santa
• Photographers
• Photographer Assistants
• Elf Patrol / Customer Experience Team

What you’ll be doing

Santa 🎅

• Bring Santa to life and create magical experiences for children and families
• Warmly engage with children of all ages and personalities
• Pose for Santa photos and help create memorable moments
• Work closely with the photography and Elf teams to keep sessions running smoothly
• Bring plenty of warmth, patience, personality and Christmas spirit!

Previous Santa experience is fantastic, but not essential. If you’re naturally warm, confident, great with children and think you could make a brilliant Santa, we’d love to hear from you.

Photographers

• Capture memorable Santa photos for children and families
• Operate professional photography equipment and digital systems
• Create a fun, relaxed and efficient photo experience
• Prior People focused photography is highly regarded (please submit portfolios with your application)

Assistants

• Welcome families and guide them through their Santa experience
• Support photographers and keep sessions running smoothly
• Assist with photo selection and customer service
• Help create a welcoming and festive environment

Elf Patrol / Customer Experience

• Engage with children and families while they wait
• Manage queues and keep customers informed
• Bring energy, excitement and plenty of Christmas cheer
• Support the wider team wherever needed

Previous people-focused photography experience is required for Photographer positions, however full training on equipment, systems and processes will also be provided.

Requirements
A current police check and a Working with Children Check is required. If you do not have one you must be willing and eligible to obtain one.

Casual Loading
