Production Operator - Team Leader

Now because of growth and continued success we are on the hunt for 2 Production Operators to join the team!
The Opportunity:
This is role for someone who truly enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment where no two days are exactly the same.
- Manufacturing specialised threaded fasteners
- Preparing and coordinating products for external finishing and plating
- Picking, staging, and supplying materials to support production
- Tracking and recording product and batch information to ensure quality and traceability
- Managing stock movements and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Rotating across different areas of the operation to build your skills and experience
- All while contributing to a safe, organised, and high-performing workplace
What we are looking for:
To hit the ground running you will possess the following..
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Has previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience (This will get you extra brownie points)
- Holds a current Forklift Licence
