Senior Service Administrator

Mt Thorley, NSW

Full-Time Casual Opportunity | Up to $50 per hour

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Service Administrator to join their Service team based in Mt Thorley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and manage job cards and repair orders.
  • Cost and invoice service jobs accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling service activities.
  • Coordinate site mobilisation requirements.
  • Support timesheet processing and payroll data entry.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and service-related queries.
  • Maintain databases, records, and filing systems.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to service operations.
  • Assist other administration teams as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across administration and service functions.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support where required.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service, mining, industrial, maintenance, or similar environment.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience processing large volumes of data.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Certificate III in Business Administration.
  • Experience with service management or ERP systems.
  • Report writing and research skills.
