About the role \n
At the heart of this role is our people and our culture. The Human Resource Manager leads the way in nurturing an inclusive, supportive and performance-based culture – putting our values front and centre in every conversation, every day. This is a broad, hands‑on, solo function HR role built around five key areas:
\n
Culture & Values – championing our values and leading culture initiatives that bring them to life across the business
\n
Learning & Development – delivering our L&D program, building our knowledge base and fostering a genuine commitment to growth for every employee
\n
Employee Engagement & Experience – supporting our people through every stage of their journey with best‑practice HR programs and policies
\n
Employee Relations & Compliance – Leadership of all employee relations matters and ensuring compliance across the multiple Awards, IR, OH&S and other statutory requirements
\n
Strategic HR Leadership – executing our people strategy in line with our broader business goals
\n
In addition to the day‑to‑day management of the function, the role forms part of the senior leadership team and will partner with them to execute our strategic people objectives in line with the broader business strategy.
\n
Hours and contact days are flexible, the role may be available as a full‑time or part‑time role.

You are highly organised and an ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining an acute attention to detail.

Minimum 5 years as a HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar level role
\n
Experience within the retail industry is a bonus
\n
Tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related degree
\n
Retail & Wholesale 101-1,000 employees
