Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator

We're looking for an organised, creative and proactive Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing activities across our growing business.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage multiple brands, coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain our ecommerce websites and work closely with external marketing partners to help drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain ecommerce websites, ensuring product information, pricing, images and content are accurate and up to date.

Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing and promotional campaigns.

Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple brands.

Develop monthly content calendars and schedule social media posts.

Coordinate seasonal campaigns including EOFY, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and new product launches.

Create and distribute monthly email newsletters.

Proofread and edit blogs, marketing copy and promotional material.

Maintain product catalogues, brochures and other marketing collateral.

Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing material to branch locations.

Liaise with external marketing, web development and digital advertising partners to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Monitor website content and assist with ongoing ecommerce improvements.

Assist with SEO and website content optimisation.

Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Work closely with the sales team to support product launches and promotional activities.

Assist with photography, video content and the development of new marketing assets.

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, has excellent attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple projects at once.

Ideally you'll have:

Experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.

Experience managing websites or ecommerce platforms. (Wordpress & WooCommerce highly regarded)

Strong written communication and proofreading skills.

Experience with email marketing platforms.

Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

An understanding of Google Ads, SEO and digital marketing principles.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Photography or video editing skills (highly regarded).
