About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for results, inspiring your community to exercise, growing the membership base of your club, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive. Your role and responsibilities will include;

Flexibility to work between two locations - Fernwood Gregory Hills & Campbelltown.

Handling incoming calls and lead enquiries, booking them in for club tours.

Taking prospects through a needs analysis and club tour, providing membership options to help them start their fitness journey.

Reaching monthly membership sales and retention targets.

Following and implementing the brand sales and service strategies.

Using the brand tools, scripts and procedures to build consistency and effectiveness.

Using the brand CRM system to manage communication of client connections.

Encouraging referrals and community lead generation activities.

Building relationships with clients through the delivery of customer service.

Networking with local business to create awareness and generate leads and local outreach.

Connecting and identifying your customers' needs to determine what solution is best for them.

Converting leads to members and make an impact on the club's membership base growth targets.

Demonstrating solution-based selling.

Evaluating sales reports daily and working towards daily and weekly targets.

Attending webinar and state sales training sessions.

Effectively work with minimum direction with desire and ability to self-manage and achieve.

Team player - working efficiently in an established team & individually

Reliable and has good communication skills.

Hours

Must be flexible to work differing shifts in mornings and afternoons and alternating Saturdays.The shifts times include:

Fernwood Gregory Hills Times:

Monday to Thursday alternating mornings 9am - 2pm

Monday to Thursday alternating afternoons 2pm - 7pm

Friday alternating mornings 9am - 1pm

Friday alternating afternoons 1pm - 5pm

Saturdays alternating 9am - 12pm

Fernwood Campbelltown Times:

Monday to Friday alternating mornings 9am - 1pm

Monday to Thursday alternating afternoons 3pm - 7pm

Saturdays alternating 9am - 12pm

Skills & experience

You're a woman with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude.

Passionate about women’s health and fitness.

Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and build strong relationships quickly.

Can work towards targets with enthusiasm.

Enthusiastic sales focus; able to identify sales, service and marketing opportunities.
