Your Impact as an Early Childhood Teacher \n

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Harmony, you will play a vital role in shaping children's learning, wellbeing and future success. You will:

• Lead your studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices
\n
• Champion children's voices, rights, cultures and identities in everyday learning experiences
\n
• Plan, document and assess learning with purpose, curiosity and a strong understanding of child development
\n
• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community
\n
• Collaborate closely with your Educational Leader and fellow educators to deliver high-quality outcomes
\n
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity, exploration and critical thinking
\n
• Bring the EYLF V2.0 and QKLG to life through rich, meaningful and responsive learning experiences
\n
• Support children's transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning
\n
• Model professionalism, reflective practice and ethical decision-making in all aspects of your work

About You: \n

You are the teacher who sees potential everywhere.

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
\n
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
\n
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy
\n
• Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning & inquiry
\n
• A reflective, collaborative and curious approach
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• A commitment to child and cultural safety
\n
• A warm, engaging presence that children are naturally drawn to
