Join us in our Associate Store Leader , where you'll gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of your own. This full-time role gives you hands on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way.

• Lead day to day store operations and customer service

• Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
\n
• Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
\n
• Help drive store performance and implement promotions
\n
• Step up in the absence of the Store Manager

• Retail or hospitality experience
\n
• A passion for leading and supporting teams
\n
• Strong communication and a proactive mindset
\n
• The desire to take the next step into leadership

• $30.77/hour + 12% super + penalties

• Paid training including Food Safety Certificate
\n
