This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.We are currently looking for a **casual Housekeeping Supervisor** (with the possibility to go full-time) to join our team! This role would suit a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation and meals are available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site. Join our close-knit team in this exciting role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors. **What will you be doing?*** Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities* Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.* Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.* Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.* Train team members.* Ensure Health and Safety compliance.**What are we looking for in you?*** Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role* Previous leadership experience* Strong time management skills* Computer skills* Driver's License is essential* Keen eye for detail.* Ability to lead a team* Ability to multi-task* Availability to work weekends and public holidays.**What are we offering you?*** Competitive hourly rate* Work/Life balance* A supportive and dynamic work environment* Opportunities to upskill and grow with RAC* Discounted accommodation - live & work on-site!**How to Apply:** If you are interested in joining our friendly team, please submit your resume by clicking 'Apply ' today!\n
