You’ll lead 5 - 8 restaurants and ~200 Nandocas, creating environments where people grow, teams thrive, and customers feel the Nando’s magic. You’re not on the sidelines - you’re in it. Out in restaurants, leading where it matters most, and owning your diary, your rhythm, and how you create impact. You’ll do this as part of a connected team of Area Managers, building a strong region together.
