Part-Time Opportunity \n

This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am - 4:00pm.

Conveniently located inWallan, our beautiful new Centre provides a nurturing and inspiring environment for children to learn, play and grow.

Our thoughtfully designed Centre features dedicated learning and care spaces suitable for children from babies through to our dynamic 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten programs.

\n

With beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas and engaging learning environments, children have plenty of opportunities to explore and discover. Our professional kitchen enables us to prepare delicious, healthy, home‑cooked meals for the children each day.

\n

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our environments foster a strong sense of belonging, curiosity and collaboration, creating a place where children can feel confident to explore and learn.

We’re Looking for a Passionate Chef Who Brings: \n

\n
• \n

  A qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

\n
• \n

  A Food Handler’s or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

\n
• \n

  A valid Working with Children Check (Employee).

\n
• \n

  Mandatory Reporting training and completion of the National Child Safety Training.

\n
• \n

  Experience preparing meals for children with diverse dietary needs, including allergies and anaphylaxis.

\n
• \n

  Full Australian working rights (Visa/Passport).

\n
• \n

  Bonus points if you’ve worked in a childcare setting before!
