The Role
We are seeking psychologists to join our team in employee positions (not contractor), with:
This is a therapy-focused role across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).If you also have an interest in assessments (ASD, ADHD), we’d still love to hear from you.
What your week looks like:
You’ll be supported to manage your caseload effectively, with clear systems in place to assist with rebooking, follow-ups, and documentation.

Our Practice Support Team is a key strength of our practice. They manage bookings, billing, and client communication—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so you can focus on your clients and your clinical work.
We also pride ourselves on being a collaborative and connected team. You’ll be surrounded by experienced psychologists, with opportunities to learn through everyday connection, shared ideas, and support when you need it.
We make time for growth and connection through locked-in fortnightly supervision and regular team learning sessions, along with social catch-ups like our Mindspace Mingles. We value creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
