As the Victorian State Sales Representative for J.L.Lennard Food Equipment, you'll take ownership of a dedicated Victorian sales territory, developing existing customers, identifying new opportunities, demonstrating market-leading commercial kitchen equipment and building long‑term relationships across Victoria's hospitality and foodservice industries. You'll have considerable autonomy over how you manage your territory and sales pipeline, with the freedom and responsibility to run your own territory. Your week could include visiting a restaurant group to discuss a new kitchen project, demonstrating equipment to a prospective customer, working with equipment dealer/partners on an opportunity, developing a new multi-site account or following up leads generated through marketing and supplier networks.
Key responsibilities
Taking ownership of sales performance across your designated Victorian territory
Developing new business and actively prospecting for new customers
Managing and growing existing customer relationships
Working closely with food equipment dealers, consultants and industry partners
Identifying major projects, groups and multi-site opportunities
Conducting customer visits, presentations and equipment demonstrations
Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to completion
Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Representing J.L.Lennard and our brands at industry events and trade shows
Working with our national sales, marketing, service and technical teams to deliver complete equipment solutions
