Brothers Leagues Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading a busy, fast-paced kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established club with a strong reputation for quality food and a supportive team culture.
Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Lead and support the kitchen team during service
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Contribute to menu ideas and daily specials
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume kitchen
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Reliable with a positive team attitude
No Split shifts
Work within a supportive and experienced team
Opportunity to grow and develop your career
Staff benefits within a large licensed club
Option for a 4/3 roster
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check.
