This is an exciting opportunity for a capable and compassionate nurse to take on a visible, hands‑on leadership role, overseeing clinical care and supporting a dedicated team to deliver safe, respectful and person‑centred care.
The role would suit an established Clinical Nurse or an experienced Registered Nurse with Australian residential aged care experience who is ready to take the next step. You will value collaboration, work openly with others and lead with a team‑focused approach.

This opportunity will see you join the growing team at Romani, providing clinical leadership and supporting the delivery of exceptional care within a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Consultant and Residential Care Manager, you will work alongside another Clinical Nurse to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality clinical care for 72 Residents. This hands‑on leadership role will see you guide the nursing and personal care team, coordinate clinical care and contribute to a supportive environment for residents, families and staff.
This is a permanent part‑time position at 0.8 FTE, working 64 hours per fortnight across an alternating roster. Week one is Wednesday to Friday, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm, and week two is Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the aged care industry and committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will bring sound clinical skills, a collaborative leadership style and the confidence to support staff, manage competing priorities and communicate sensitively with residents and their families.
You will demonstrate RSL Care SA’s values in your day‑to‑day approach, working openly and constructively as part of the broader team. You will be adaptable, respectful and solutions‑focused, with a genuine belief in shared accountability and working together to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Clinical Nurse or a Registered Nurse with 4+ years’ residential aged care experience who is ready to take the next step into a clinical leadership position.
