Detector Inspector started in 2005 when our two founders, Jason, and Jordan, recognised an opportunity to make a difference - we could help make homes safer for renters and make safety compliance easier for property managers.

About the role:

Our Customer Accounts Specialist plays a key role in Accounts Receivable, taking ownership of a customer portfolio from day one and building effective relationships with our real estate agency customers and internal Account Managers.

You bring proven experience managing a customer ledger or portfolio in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, with strong communication skills and a knack for creative problem-solving.
