Imaging Associates is a progressive and premium provider of radiology services, owned and operated by a team of highly respected Radiologists.
With clinics located across Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, and more opening throughout the coming months, we are expanding our patient-facing team at our Box Hill clinic and Box Hill booking centre, along with our surrounding clinics.
We are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth, compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their medical imaging journey. You’ll manageinbound calls, providing clear and compassionate communication while handling bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups, along with the overall patient workflow.
Whether you're an experienced Medical Receptionist, or someone with strong administrative and customer service experience looking to step into the healthcare sector, this role offers variety, support, and professional growth in a values-driven environment.
