At Brisbane Bayside State College, through excellent teaching within a caring and supportive environment, we provide the opportunity for students to:Aspire - to be the best they can be.Create - the future they want.Achieve - the realisation of the dream.Our academic programs assist students build their knowledge and extend their thinking, challenging them to achieve the best they can.Your opportunity:As the Executive Services and Marketing Officer, you will provide high-level confidential executive, administrative and secretarial support to the Principal, while coordinating communications, marketing, events and community engagement activities that support the effective operation and positive profile of Brisbane Bayside State College.Responsibilities include:You will have responsibility for, but not limited to:executive support and calendar managementpreparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentationrecords, policy and information managementoffice administration and clerical supportevent planning and coordinationnewsletter, website and social media coordinationstakeholder liaison and community engagementsupport for awards, ceremonies and school functionsmaintenance of communication systems and promotional materialscoaching and support for team memberscompliance with school administrative and emergency proceduresPlease refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.About you:The successful applicant will demonstrate:proven ability to provide high-level executive and administrative support in a busy and complex environmentstrong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detailthe ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all timesstrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesexperience in communications, marketing, event coordination or stakeholder engagementsound skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to produce high-quality documents and publicationsthe ability to build productive relationships with staff, students, parents and external stakeholdersinitiative, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvementInterested?
