About Us

MedicFirst and Alkassab Dental Surgery are established, locally owned healthcare businesses based in Point Cook, Melbourne.

Alkassab Dental Surgery has been caring for patients since 2008 and has grown into a busy multi-chair dental practice with a team of dentists, dental assistants and support staff providing a broad range of general, preventative, restorative and cosmetic dental services.

MedicFirst is a large multidisciplinary medical centre providing GP, nursing and allied health services to the rapidly growing Wyndham community. The clinic operates seven days a week and provides a broad range of services including general practice, preventative health, chronic disease management, skin checks, mental health, vaccinations, iron infusions and minor procedures.

Together, the businesses are supported by a large team of doctors, dentists, nurses, allied health practitioners and administrative staff, and care for tens of thousands of patients each year.

We continue to invest in our people, services, technology and facilities, and are now looking for someone who can take genuine ownership of how our businesses are presented and marketed.

You will work closely with management, doctors, dentists and the broader clinic teams to help grow key services, build practitioner profiles, generate new patient enquiries and bookings, develop our digital presence and strengthen our relationships with the local community.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will take ownership across four key pillars.

1. Dental Growth & Content

• Create content around key dental services and treatments
• Develop dentist profiles, practitioner videos and educational content
• Maintain the dental before-and-after gallery across the website, clinic iPads and display screens
• Coordinate photography and video content with practitioners
• Support treatment campaigns and new dentist launches
• Promote new services, technology and priority treatment areas
• Help build awareness and patient books for individual dentists

2. GP Growth & Content

• Create content around MedicFirst services and priority health areas
• Develop ongoing “Get to Know Your GP” content
• Produce GP profiles, videos, service explainers and patient education content
• Support new GP launches and help build practitioner awareness
• Promote new and underutilised services
• Support practitioners with available appointment capacity
• Keep GP profiles and service information current across digital channels

3. Brand, People, Community & Partnerships

• Manage social media content across MedicFirst and Alkassab Dental
• Promote staff birthdays, achievements, new starters and clinic milestones
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, childcare centres, sporting clubs and community groups
• Maintain relationships with healthcare organisations, allied health providers, pharmacies and other local partners
• Manage sponsorship relationships and community engagement activities
• Identify opportunities for school visits, health education, community events and joint initiatives
• Promote awards, partnerships, new equipment, new services and business achievements
• Support recruitment and employer-branding activity

4. Digital, Promotions, Paid Media & Performance

• Manage or coordinate Google Ads and paid social campaigns
• Generate and track online leads, enquiries and new patient bookings
• Manage website updates, SEO and local search visibility
• Maintain Google Business Profiles
• Support reviews and reputation management
• Plan and run promotions across both businesses
• Coordinate recall and reactivation campaigns
• Keep TV, display screen and in-clinic marketing content current
• Maintain digital marketing assets and content calendars
• Coordinate external agencies, photographers, videographers and other marketing suppliers where required
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, bookings and marketing outcomes
• Work with reception and Practice Managers to understand whether leads are converting into actual patients

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong content creation and social media skills
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or other digital campaigns
• Confidence managing websites and digital content
• Understanding of SEO and local search would be highly regarded
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with doctors, dentists and staff to create content
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Commercial mindset, with an interest in leads, conversions and business growth
• Confidence building relationships with community organisations and local businesses
• Comfortable taking ownership and bringing forward new ideas

Healthcare, dental or medical marketing experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

This is a hands-on marketing role with significant ownership across two established healthcare brands.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clinic leadership, shape campaigns from the ground up, build relationships across the local community and directly influence patient growth.
