Internal Sales Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our growing Townsville team.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside our experienced Townsville Sales and Operations team, you'll develop the knowledge and skills needed to build a successful career in sales, customer relationship management and project support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer sales and rental enquiries
• Preparing quotations and supporting the sales team
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinating fleet allocation for hire projects alongside our Operations and Contracts teams
• Assisting with project coordination from enquiry through to delivery
• Maintaining sales documentation, reporting and project tracking
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and support business growth
• Learning about our products, customers and the industries we support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering great service
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, administration, construction or a similar environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not required.
