The Bullet Club Glenelg is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead its kitchen operations and support the delivery of consistently high-quality food and service. This is an opportunity for a motivated Chef who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen while also taking responsibility for menu planning, food quality, kitchen organisation and the day-to-day coordination of kitchen staff.
As Head Chef, you will take responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared and presented to a high standard while maintaining consistency, efficiency and compliance with food safety and workplace requirements. This is a hands-on culinary role, with the Head Chef actively involved in food preparation and cooking while providing leadership and direction to the broader kitchen team.
