Domain Botanical is expanding, and we're looking for driven Chef de Parties who want more than just another kitchen job — someone who thrives on variety, wants to sharpen their craft across premier venues like Gilson and the newly opening The Frog Club, and is ready for a genuine stake in building their career alongside a group that's serious about growing its people.
As part of Domain Botanical, you won't be stuck in one spot. You'll gain invaluable multi-site experience working across South Yarra staples like Gilson, the launch of Frog Club, and future group venues. Being in on the ground floor means real, mapped-out career progression — think Junior Sous and Sous Chef roles, multi-site leadership opportunities, and a clear path upward as we expand. Working across different kitchens means rapid skill development. To support your growth, we offer structured training in kitchen management, prep systems, and section leadership so you build the business smarts to run a pass — not just cook on one. Pair that with regular kitchen masterclasses led by guest chefs and industry specialists, and you're constantly sharpening your craft.
You'll be paired with experienced Head Chefs and leaders across the group who are genuinely invested in your development — real mentoring, feedback, and skill refinement every step of the way.
