As you are responsible for the day-to-day successful operation of your store you will need to be organised, have a keen eye for merchandising, understanding of stock integrity and most importantly enjoy staff and customer interaction.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure financial management and operational standards are second to none and you will drive store KPIs. You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.In addition, you will have:Retail management experienceDemonstrated understanding of the key performance indicators for a retail businessDemonstrated ability to lead teamsEffective communication and motivational techniques to guide your teamProven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targetsUnderstanding of RosteringAbility to Train new staff – ensuring they understand expectations and able to deliverDrive, commitment and resilience to do what it takes to grow a new businessLooking after you:We are committed to ensuring our Store Managers are well looked after.
