About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Nursing team in fixed-term teaching opportunities until end of 2027, with strong potential for ongoing employment.

Positions are available on either a 0.8 FTE (4 days a week) or full-time basis, locations may include Box Hill, Lilydale and Melbourne CBD campuses.

What you'll do:

• Deliver high-quality teaching within the Diploma of Nursing program
• Support student engagement, retention and success
• Develop contemporary learning materials and assessment resources
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Work collaboratively with a passionate team of nursing educators

What You'll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
• Experience supporting students, graduates or colleagues in a learning environment
• Commitment to quality education, compliance and student outcomes

Qualifications/Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122)
• Bachelor of Nursing or higher qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Highly Regarded

• Experience as a Clinical Facilitator, Preceptor or Nurse Educator
• Experience in simulation training or workforce development
• Experience developing learning or assessment resources
